Summary:
This is an easy to use espresso capsule machine. Unit is quick and gives you a nice crema. Machine makes excellent espresso and cappuccino. Best to leave your old capsule in for the prime. It helps to boil a cup of water in the microwave first. Unfortunately the customer service needs major improvements. Pods are extremely difficult to find, and if you order them directly from the factory they are very expensive. Amazon does it's best to keep them in stock, and Amazon's customer service is one of the best for online retailers. Overall, considering the difficulty with getting the pods, and the manufacturer's lousy customer service, I would recommend that you purchase some other brand such as the Nespresso C100T Essenza Single-Serve Automatic Espresso Machine
