This is a poorly made, cheap coffe maker. The "Frother" is a hot water dispenser. It's made to look like an espresso machine but it's not. We won this item along with a bunch of coffee without realizing what it was. Complete waste of money.

You said you won the machine.....So how was it a waste of money. I use mine just fine. I also didnt have instructions. I think you're just unsure how to use it bub. Have a nice day. It's better to make a negative comment when you dont contradict yourself.
