There are complaints of weak coffee from some, but others insist that it gives a great cup of coffee if you use Folger's and it is fresh. Java One pods tend to give a weak brew. So if you get weak coffee try using different brands of coffee pods. Another point is that some claim it brews lukewarm coffee, but overall comments are that it delivers a great brew that is strong and reasonably hot. Seems to be if you like really hot coffee then this isn't for you, or you could microwave the coffee after brewing.
