I would highly recommend this coffee maker. Aside from the clock resetting if unplugged haven't found any negatives. Most of those that other users mentioned were probably because they got a defective unit. This happens with every manufacturer on occassion. The machine makes great coffee and has lots of convienant features at a very good price.
