It's A Very Decent Machine

Our absolutely beloved Krups 867 died after 10 years, and can no longer be replaced. First we went out and spent $280 on another machine thinking it would be on par with the Krups, only to return it a few weeks later, frustrated. We bought this Giada maker at Target, not expecting much but liking the look. Actually this has been a nice machine for us - it is easy to use, easy to clean and has a pleasant look. You *must* hold the lid up when pouring from the carafe or it will dribble. The brewed coffee is not the quality that we got from our higher end machine, but we are happy and not looking for a replacement any time soon. Don't hesitate.
