Summary: Easy to clean and brews good tasting coffee. However, some people don't like the taste of coffee when using permanent filters. If you are one of those, this does come with a permanent filter. Just switch to paper filters. Unit is best for those who want coffee as soon as it is brewed. The no carafe design is great in that you don't have to worry about spilling coffee. Has an optional water filter. Customer service is great.
