There are some things you need to know about this machine that are not mentioned up front such as you can only make a small cup of whatever. Also, mine only punches 1 hole and you gotta have 2. I turn it around and punch it again. Sometimes it is really good but often it is not hot enough and I need to put it in the microwave for a few more seconds. It did help to preheat it or a few minutes before you use it. All in all it is quite a nice addition to my kitchen.
