To keep your coffee hot and fresh for hours this brewer comes with a double walled stainless steel thermal carafe. Has a convenient brew and pause feature for getting a cup of coffee while the unit is still brewing without dripping coffee all over. It also has an illuminated on/off switch and for safety an automatic shut-off function. Dual water windows let you know how much water you have added. Easy cleaning and filling with coffee grounds with the removable filter insert. Keep your power cord out of sight with the cord storage compartment.

Summary:
If you like hot coffee that is full flavored you will like this coffee maker. However, if you are one of those people who like it very very hot, don't buy this unit. The lid on the pot is hard to work unless you have read the instructions and follow them first. Paper filters don't always work as they tend to fold over causing problems. You might want to buy the permanent filter or use two paper filters. For a thermal coffee maker this unit is very reasonably priced. Easy to use with very few negatives, all of which are rather minor.
