This is my second Keurig milk frother broken for the same reason as the first did. Sooner or later the cheap electric motor that frothers the milk will be in trouble and you cannot repair or replace it. I tried but i realize that the cheap electric motor used in this appliance got no bearing to maintain the shaft in its vertical position. With use, the shaft will vibrate and damage the electric motor. So don't buy this unit, it is a real poor design.
